Booking terms for teacher trainings

Prices and what they include

Each training page lists one clear price and exactly what it includes. European trainings are priced in euros (€), US and India trainings in US dollars ($). You can pay by card from any country; your bank converts the currency.

• Brooklyn, weekends Jan 16 – Mar 13, 2027: $2,699, studio classes included during the training.
• Málaga, May 22 – Jun 12, 2027: €1,990 if booked by Dec 31, 2026; €2,150 until Feb 28, 2027; then €2,350. Shared twin room and three meals a day.
• Rishikesh, Mar 20 – Apr 10, 2027: $1,999. Private room, three vegetarian meals a day and excursions.
• Tuscany, Sep 2 – 23, 2028: €2,250 for the interest list until Sep 30, 2027; €2,450 until Mar 31, 2028; then €2,750. Shared room and three meals a day.
• Every training includes the training manual and your Yoga Alliance 200-hour certificate. Málaga, Rishikesh and Tuscany are 21 days, full-time.
• Not included: flights, travel insurance, visas, and personal expenses. Airport pickup is available on request.

Deposits and payments

• Reserve your place with a €500 or $500 deposit, or pay in full.
• You pay Yoga House directly. No booking agency holds your money.
• Prefer to spread it out? Pay the balance in up to two instalments; we send you secure payment links.
• The balance is due 14 days before the training starts.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• You receive a written confirmation by email after every payment.

If you need to change or cancel

• 14-day change of mind: full refund of everything you paid if you cancel within 14 days of booking, as long as the training starts more than 60 days later.
• After those 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable, but you can transfer it to another Yoga House training within 12 months.
• Cancel 30 days or more before the start: we refund everything you paid except the deposit.
• Cancel within 30 days of the start: payments are not refundable, but become credit for any Yoga House training within 12 months.
• Need to talk about it? Message Yogi Ananda directly. We always look for a fair solution.

If we change or cancel a training

If a training does not run, for example because too few students enroll, we tell you at least 6 weeks before the start. You then choose: a full refund of everything you paid to us, or a transfer to another Yoga House training. We are not responsible for flights or other bookings you made yourself, so we recommend flexible tickets and travel insurance.

Your health and safety

Please tell us about any injury, health condition or pregnancy before the training. All students accept our liability waiver before practice. Bring travel insurance that covers your whole stay.

Privacy and your data

We follow the spirit of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for every student, wherever you live.

• What we collect: the name, email, phone number and message you send us, and the details needed for your booking.
• Why: only to answer you, manage your booking and send you information about your training.
• Who sees it: Yoga House staff, and the services we use to run bookings and payments (Mindbody, Stripe, our form email service). We never sell your data.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages help visitors. For visitors in the EU and UK, analytics cookies stay off by default.
• Your rights: email us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving emails. We reply within 30 days.
